Sabato 02 aprile\u00a0WordCamp Torino 2016 aprir\u00e0 i battenti, ecco tutto quello che c’\u00e8 da sapere!<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Location<\/h2>\n

WordCamp Torino si svolge presso Toolbox Coworking<\/a>, via Agostino da Montefeltro 2.<\/p>\n

La location<\/a> \u00e8 facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, taxi, bike sharing, car sharing. C’\u00e8 un parcheggio a pagamento (strisce blu, sottozona C2, 1,50 all’ora, conviene comprare ticket giornaliero dai tabaccai).<\/p>\n

Registrazione<\/h2>\n

La registrazione aprir\u00e0 alle 08:45 e continuer\u00e0 con 3 persone e un banco dedicato fino alle 09:45.\u00a0Se arrivi dopo le 09:45 ci sar\u00e0 un volontario (li riconosci dalla maglietta rossa) che effettuer\u00e0 la registrazione per te: potrebbe non essere al bancone, ma sar\u00e0 sicuramente nella hall di Toolbox.<\/p>\n

Guardaroba<\/h2>\n

C’\u00e8 un guardaroba non custodito per lasciare le giacche. La location \u00e8 completamente dedicata a noi per sabato 02 aprile, ti ricordiamo comunque di non lasciare nelle tasche oggetti di valore e somme di denaro notevoli.<\/p>\n

Agenda<\/h2>\n

Iniziamo alle 09:45 con il discorso di benvenuto durante il quale leggeremo il codice di condotta<\/a>, ringrazieremo le tante persone che ci hanno aiutati e daremo informazioni pratiche sulla giornata.<\/p>\n

Le sessioni avvengono a porte chiuse per non disturbare speaker e uditori: durante le domande verranno aperte le porte per permettere a chi vuole muoversi da una stanza all’altro di farlo comodamente (sono adiacenti). Le sessioni da 20 minuti sono accoppiate e le porte verranno aperte alla fine della seconda sessione.<\/p>\n

La chiusura della giornata \u00e8 prevista per le 18:00, 18:30 massimo.<\/p>\n

Coffee break e pranzo<\/h2>\n

Durante tutta la giornata sono disponibili delle macchinette del caff\u00e8<\/strong>, messe a disposizione gentilmente da Vergnano<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Da Toolbox \u00e8 a disposizione un distributore di acqua, naturale e frizzante<\/strong>, e ci saranno delle bottigliette e dei bicchieri per rinfrescarti tutte le volte che vorrai.<\/p>\n

Sono previsti due coffee break pi\u00f9 ricchi, con snack e bevande, alle 11:20 e alle 16:00.<\/p>\n

Alle 13:00 abbiamo organizzato un buffet per tutti.<\/p>\n

After Party<\/h2>\n

Grazie a Siteground<\/a>, anche WordCamp Torino si concluder\u00e0 con un party.<\/p>\n

Ci rivediamo alle 20:00 da Astoria, in via Berthollet 13.<\/p>\n

Un consumazione\u00a0e il buffet sono\u00a0offerti, se vuoi portare con te il tuo partner oppure vuoi prendere altre consumazioni potrai saldare direttamente alla cassa.<\/p>\n

Saturday, April 2 WordCamp Torino 2016 will open its doors, here is\u00a0all there is to know!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location<\/h2>\n

WordCamp Torino\u00a0will take place at Toolbox Coworking<\/a>, via Agostino da Montefeltro 2.<\/p>\n

The location<\/a> is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, bike sharing, car sharing. There is a paid parking (blue lines, sub C2, 1.50 per hour, you can buy a day ticket at any\u00a0“Tabaccaio”, it’s cheaper).<\/p>\n

Registration<\/h2>\n

Registration will open at 08:45 and will continue with 3 people and a dedicated desk\u00a0until 09:45. If you arrive after 09:45 there will be a volunteer (you’ll recognize them from the red shirt) that will register\u00a0you: he\u00a0may not be at the counter, but he will surely be in the Toolbox lobby.<\/p>\n

Wardrobe<\/h2>\n

There is an unguarded wardrobe to leave your\u00a0jacket. The location is totally dedicated to us for Saturday 02 April, however, please remember not to leave valuables and considerable sums of money in your pockets.<\/p>\n

Agenda<\/h2>\n

We start at 09:45 with a welcome speech during which we will read the code of conduct<\/a>, we will thank the many people who have helped us and we will give practical information on the day.<\/p>\n

The sessions will take place behind closed doors to avoid disturbing speakers and listeners: we\u00a0will open the doors during Q&A to allow those who want to move from one room to another to do so comfortably (they are adjacent). The20 minutes sessions are coupled and the doors will be opened at the end of the second session.<\/p>\n

The closure of the day is scheduled for 18:00, 18:30 maximum.<\/p>\n

Coffee breaks and lunches<\/h2>\n

Throughout the day coffee is available, thanks \u00a0to\u00a0Vergnano<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A water dispenser is available, with still and sparkling water: we will provide you with bottles and glasses.<\/p>\n

There are two coffee break with snacks and soft drinks, at 11:20 and at 16:00.<\/p>\n

At 13:00 we organized a buffet for all.<\/p>\n

After Party<\/h2>\n

Thanks to\u00a0Siteground<\/a>\u00a0WordCamp Torino will end with a party!<\/p>\n

We’ll see you at 20:00 from Astoria, Via Berthollet 13.<\/p>\n

One\u00a0drink and the buffet are offered, if you want to bring your partner with you or you want to add more\u00a0drinks, you can pay directly at the bar.<\/p>\n

We will say goodbye\u00a0around 22:00 and if you want to continue the evening with the new friends you met at WordCamp we advise you to stay in San Salvario, the heart of the city’s night life!<\/p>\n
