Friday, May 8th Menu:
Sardinian gnocchetti with vegetables (green beans, carrots, peas, zucchini, basil, cherry tomatoes)
Chickpea hummus with tahini, yogurt, and olive oil
Mixed salad
Chocolate cake (butter, chocolate, nuts, flour, eggs, baking powder)
Saturday, May 9th Menu:
Rice salad (tomatoes, capers, olives, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, mozzarella balls)
Savory pie with leeks and potatoes (leeks, Treviso radicchio, potatoes, eggs, flour)
Mixed salad
Fruit tart (butter, flour, sugar, jam)
Saturday, May 9th Afterparty:
Insalata russa (Piedmont-style potato and vegetable salad with mayonnaise, potatoes, carrots, peas, boiled eggs)
Assorted savory pastries (puff pastry, sausages, peppers, herbs)
Chicken and celery salad (chicken, celery, potatoes)
Tomato and mozzarella
Vegetable quiche Lorraine (eggs, milk, Parmesan, flour, zucchini, spinach, potatoes)
Barley salad (barley and vegetables in oil)
