La strada verso WordCamp Torino è ufficialmente iniziata a Milano, durante il Contributor Day dello scorso 07 novembre 2015.
Con una certa emozione abbiamo mandato la nostra application per il primo WordCamp in Italia dal 2013 e con grande felicità abbiamo saputo durante le giornate di WordCamp US che la nostra candidatura era stata accettata.
Dicembre e gennaio sono passati in un batter d’occhio, ci siamo organizzati come team, abbiamo fatto chiamate con WordCamp central e ci siamo occupati dell’immagine coordinata per presentare al mondo WordCamp Torino!
Il sito e i canali social vedono la luce grazie a:
- Alessandro Pelissetti, che ha disegnato il logo e l’immagine coordinata;
- Giuseppe Mamone, che ha collaborato con Alessandro all’immagine coordinata e ha creato il sito;
- Ljuba Daviè, che è la nostra social media strategist e racconterà di questa avventura qui sul blog e sui social.

The road to WordCamp Torino officially started in Milan, during the first ever Italian Contributor Day, held on November 7th, 2015.
With some excitement we sent our application for the first WordCamp in Italy since 2013 and with great happiness we learned during the days of WordCamp US that our application had been accepted.
December and January passed by in the blink of an eye, we assembled the team, we made calls with WordCamp central and we took care of the brand image to present WordCamp Turin to the world !
Our online presence sees the light thanks to:
- Alessandro Pelissetti, who designed logo and corporate identity;
- Giuseppe Mamone, who collaborated with Alessandro on the branding and created the site;
- Ljuba Davie, our social media strategist, who will keep a diary of this adventure, here on the blog and on social media;
